rICMP is composed by a base set (a .tgz package) containing documentation and the userland tools.
It also contains a patch for the linux kernel up to a determinate version.
Below, you can find those base sets AND additional contributed patches.
Those patches are specifically designed for some kernel version but most of them have backward and forward compatibility to some version.

(*) A note from Paul Whittaker says that sometimes newer ping utilities (such as the one shipped with FC4) need padding zeros at the beginning of the "-p" parameter value, indipendently from the fact that you generate the hex value with ascii2hex or not
